"We had an amazing stay at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, modern, and the atmosphere was perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Martin, the lobby manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything during our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out. We also want to recognize Crystal at the front desk lobby reception. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. And a huge thank you to Paula, the massage therapist. She was attentive, professional, and made the spa experience incredibly relaxing. The customer service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we can’t wait to come back again. "Overall my experience was positive, good food, great atmosphere and overall good amenities. This was our second visit as we had a similar experience in June. We will definitely be going back down with friends next October for Halloween. A huge shout out to Bianca and Romeo who consistently greeted and checked in on us. One complaint is the front desk, the staff need better training in customer service."
