Anantara in Tean Island from AU$353

Stayed a week at a wonderful beachfront room, which had a private pool and was not overlooked, and which had amazing views of the sea and the islands. The staff were ever so friendly and the hotel was always clean and quiet. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but transport to nearby Bophut is easy.

Very freindly staff . Hotel close to beach and shops.Clean rooms

It was the most amazing stay, staff are so welcoming and so lovely. We really didn’t want to leave! The pools were great, especially the monkey pool (swim up bar) the rooms where great! The only thing that could be improved is the bed. It was as hard as a rock which made the sleep uncomfortable. However, relaxing by the pool and beach made up for it!

Karma is extremely picturesque, the design and detail throughout the resort is outstanding. Staff are willing to help, and very attentive. Rooms are beautiful - we recommend booking one with a private plunge pool as this was the perfect place to cool off. Spa services were quite expensive, but there is a cheaper option for massages just in front of the pool. Pool itself was perfect, with comfy options for lounging and a great ambience set by the resorts constant music. Restaurant and breakfast...

I have traveled a lot, but really the services and location of this resort & spa is amazing. plus the staff is so lovely, friendly and very helpful when you need them. The program they have near the beach restaurant is nice. the environment is so beautiful. As for me I am planning to go there next year.

I'd like to comment on the honesty of the housekeeping staff. I had sent laundry off to be done, without knowing that I had left my diamond ring in a pocket. When we returned in the afternoon, the laundry was ready, the staff handed me an envelop with my diamond ring in it.

From the moment I commenced the down hill run to reception and glimpsed the view I knew I was in for a good stay. And it just got better. The room was excellent, the staff were so friendly and efficient, the location superb. Breakfast was great but a cold beer or cocktail watching the evening sunset completed the perfect day. Restaurant meals were great and the cost well worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveller. Ideal for families, young couples, groups of friends or like...

Was an amazing place to stay. Brilliant location right on the beach with a great pool. Only thing missing were some umbrellas for the bean bags on the beach.

Can’t reccomend this hotel enough. Clean, professional, freindly and a great location. I won’t Even look to stay elswhere when I come back to Samui.

Beautiful resort in a great quiet location. From the initial airport pickup to the drop off, everything was 5 star service. The resort itself visually beautiful with a private beach, beach side restaurants and two large pools. Our room was beach side, very large with lovely features. Overall a perfect relaxing resort. Free kayaking was a particular highlight! The staff were exceptionally sweet and accommodating. The Wednesday night cocktails event was especially thoughtful, with complimentary...

I stayed here 3 nights and can only really fault it for the high price of the food in the restaurant (at least 2-4 times what you should pay in Koh Samui in my opinion). The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful, the room itself was a perfect size and very comfortable. I really didn't want to leave! The hotel is very family friendly, so be aware that the pool might be taken over by young kids most of the day. It is generally a very peaceful place though and I felt very relaxed. Also note...

close to walking street everything at your finger tip and a friendly atmosphere

Spectacular view, amazing staff and modern! Loved everything about this hotel!

I loved the location it was simply perfect for my wife and I. We had a great time and loved having breakfast by the sea every day.

This is a great little hotel. I stayed in a garden villa for 5 nights and it was just lovely. You can tell it’s quite old by the number of power outlets in the room but I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Comfy bed, great a/c, lovely breakfast right on the beach, very friendly staff!

I recently stayed here with my wife and 3 adult children, we occupied 3 rooms in the main building for 11 nights and had a fantastic time. Sometimes when you choose a resort based on website photos you can arrive and be disappointed but that is definitely not the case here, its just more beautiful in real life and my family were very happy. The location is great with just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the main street or walk along Chewang beach if the tide permits. This is a small...

We booked the Gardenia room with spa and ocean veiw, very happy with our stay. Love the room decorations, very neat and clean.Enjoy sitting at the patio reading my book and listening to the sounds of running water is particularly refreshing, calm and relaxing. Very impressed with the services. Our room is not ready upon our arrival and obviously we were very tired after 13.5 hrs of flying but we were offered with a spare room to rest :)))and the same being offered to us on the day of our...

Location and layout is the best feature of this hotel. It's right on the beach and a short walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars of Lamai's main shopping street. Breakfast is really good, so there's no pressure to go hunting for a nice breakfast. For dinner they set up tables right on the sand, which makes for an awesome meal setting. Staff are super helpful, especially a couple of them in particular. A couple of very minor criticism: internet is patchy, hot water was tricky,...
