Relax with the whole family at this oceanside, canal-front home. Minimum 28 day rental (Monroe County regulations. Located in Tavernier, MM 92, in the heart of the Florida Keys, this house has everything you need! 4-3 (2-2 with sunroom upstairs, and 2-1 downstairs.), sleeps 10 in 6 beds, PLUS two additional sleeper sofas in the sunroom. 75inch TV in living room. TVs in every room. BBQ, smoker, ice maker, two paddle boards. Outdoor seating and dining. Two Hammocks. TV (55 in) outdoors. Washer/Dryer units upstairs AND downstairs. Plenty of parking and amenities. Great for two couples/families renting together since the downstairs space (2-1) is a separate apartment with a private entrance. Dock for 24ft max boat. We’ve put our hearts and souls into our home by the sea! We hope you love it as much as we do!

I hoped to find a dock falling into the water, but this was just as good. I also went from 37 degrees to 74 degrees. That was interesting.
