"Great venue for spa day,golf day,or bargain friend get-together stay. Handy for Chester and Delamere. Rooms could do with upgrade ( 1 wall heater so no winter break !!) Cleanliness was average.Staff were fine. Breakfast they claim would be £24 if room only: go B&B! -not worth £24 or £12. Breakfast organisation was not the best - no side plates,butter -so that needs looking at. The restaurant is pleasant but food very expensive for what you get - I advise going into Tarporley in the evening. Gold course looks first rate and you can walk round.Pool is big and spa treatment was recommended by my friend. Facilities 9/10 ; Room 6/10 ( good size) ; food was godd but sparse for price 6/10"

"Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min"

"This property is amazing on the inside and out. The luxury finish and quality fittings give this place a really special feel. We stayed for a long weekend and loved every minute of it. The location on the Bolesworth estate is very grand and this is emphasised the moment the estate gates open for you and you progress along the drive to the property. The location is also ideal for exploring Cheshire and near by attractions with lots of good places to eat. We will certainly be looking to go back."
