"The food is fantastic. The best buffet we have ever experienced in a hotel - and we travel a lot! Also enjoyed the speciality restaurants where food and service - again excellent. The staff couldn’t be more friendly. A shout out to Nora (in Gingers) Rhoda on reception and all the pool staff - particularly the activity team - so good. Evening entertainment mainly good - particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and the high energy gymnastics. The lighting needs to be sorted as when performers used the floor around the stage it was difficult to see them. We also found our room quite dark - better lighting needed. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely would recommend "

"Enjoyed our stay within the apartments at Tembo House. We had full access to the pools at the hotel, which was where breakfast was also served & directly on the beach. Staff were very welcoming. Our rooms were quite spacious. Would recommend a stay here."

"We had the best time at this resort! Every single staff member we met was absolutely amazing — so kind, welcoming, and always going out of their way to make sure we were happy. A huge shoutout to Ali, who took us snorkeling and on the dolphin cruise — such an incredible experience and he made it even better! Abba took such great care of us on the beach, always checking in and making sure our drinks were full and we were comfortable. Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person. Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special. You can tell they all love what they do. We left feeling so grateful and can’t wait to come back again soon! "

"The time we spent at RIU Jambo was fantastic. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, I want to list out the highlights - Rooms were clean and the sea view was perfect - The food offerings were good with a lot of options, I especially loved breakfast - All the staff and RIU Jambo for pleasant and charasmatic. Good customer service goes a long way and RIU Jambo has some of the best customer service I have experienced - Hotel grounds were beautiful with plenty of spots for pictures - Spa was nice and professional offering a wide range of services - Beach at this location was great for swimming and water activities 10/10 , I would stay here again"
