Otherwise, it's a well-maintained hotel with few amenities and beautiful gardens, we stayed at the resort all day because it's a bit isolated from most of the activities. We enjoyed the food, although at some point we felt like the food menu was not changing much. Food was limited at the buffet. Otherwise, customer service was amazing."

Check in was very impersonal and after a full days travel we were required to line up again to fill out an pay the government tax, surly this can be done anytime during the stay. The person who took us to our room gave us no information about the place room wise or resort wise. They talk a good service ethic but as far as I was concerned service was non existent. Overpriced for the standard of the overall experience. To make the stay...
