"The hotel looks great but on a decline, we were disappointed in a number of things including the limited activities options, the location - not so practical to enjoy the Gili, missing basics such as kettle or fridge, food is not good and kitchen service is sooo slow even when we were the ONLY customers at the time, Card payment not available for check out... all in all, this was too much paid for the value we got"
