Fine udendørs omgivelser - utrolig uprofessionel

We stayed here for two nights. We found the staff to be extremely unprofessional, and the service was poor and incredibly slow. The outdoor surroundings were nice – a good pool, beautiful garden, and beach. However, the place is generally worn down, and we had a leaking pipe in the bathroom that spilled foul-smelling water onto the floor. We got stomach problems from the food, and the breakfast in particular was very poor. The location is far from everything else, so we were disappointed that the food was of such low quality.

Es war schönes Erlebnis, Strand vor der Nase und Swimmingpool vor der Tür. Jeden Abend haben wir schönen Sonnenuntergang gesehen, es war mega schön, kann nicht beschreiben. Hotel Personal waren ganz nett und hilfsbereit. Restaurant war schön, viele Möglichkeiten zu essen. Frühstück war auch schon dabei mit Zimmerpreis. Man kann nicht meckern.

Uitstekende service en prachtige ligging aan zee. Je komt terecht in een paradijs! Enige waar wij tegenaan liepen, was dat je de Moskee erg goed hoorde ‘s nachts tijdens de Ramadan. Iets om rekening mee te houden tijdens een reis door Lombok

Good value location in Lombok

Hotel pool and gardens lovely and well maintained. We stopped in a garden villa that also had views out towards the sea. The restaurant is a good spot to watch the local fishermen and sunsets. Serves an excellent club sandwich along with local dishes at good prices. There are a few mosques in the nearer vicinity to the hotel and you will be woken up by the call to prayer before sunrise 4.30-5 am. All adds to the special atmosphere! The villa were spacious and clean (internal lighting a bit lacking) and had efficient air-conditioning which is welcome. Each had a veranda to sit and enjoy a sundowner. You can get to the beach and swim in the sea just next to the hotel but not the cleanest of beaches and the dark sand doesn't give the sea the same appeal as the white sand in nearby resorts. This however is reflected in the price and is still a beautiful location. Hotel has four push bikes you can use for free and there's a choice of quieter roads nearby to avoid the busy town. We enjoyed our stay at hotel and good location for exploring the gili island and waterfalls.

Little early morning wake up call

We stayed in the luxury beach front bungalow it was a great little bungalow but get ready for the 4 Am wake up call from the Mosque next door, don’t think any other religion is so loud but hey! Not my area to complain about !

Quelle belle surprise!

Cet hôtel est la bonne surprise de notre séjour car nous avons eu quelques déceptions sur Bali... Petite structure superbement entretenue les pieds dans l'eau avec un personnel trés agréable et au service à tout instant. Nous étions 2 familles avec 5 enfants et ces derniers ont passé un séjour de rêve. A noter également une restauration trés bonne et trés bien placée niveau tarif. Bref...un séjour de rêve. Le seul point marrant au début mais beaucoup moins à la fin est la proximité avec le minaret....mais ce n'est pas du tout lié a ce formidable petit établissement. Merci.

Lovely hotel after trekking Rinjani!

Hotel was situated out of the way, but was right on the beach, with all the facilities you could need. Our only problems were our bathroom was clean, but quite mouldy which let it down as the rest was spotless. Another issue was the local mosque is very loud, I know this isn't the hotels fault but it dose make ro difficult sleeping. However, I would recommend this hotel, staff, food and ambience were all lovely.

Humble stay around kampung

Hotel Service was good. staff prompt to attend to our request. They have tour package, and shuttle service to the airport and harbour. We requested for bike rental and not more than an hour the staff manage to find for us one, borrow from one of the staff in the hotel. We rent the bike for two days and cost 100000 IDR. Oil refill is everywhere by the road, cost 8000-10000 (depends). A great stay but just take note the beach sand is black not suitable for swimming but u can always enjoy a swim at the pool ;)

Close to perfect!

It's out of the way, and not much around it. Except the extremely loud Mosk music that blasts from the loudspeakers directly beside the hotel. It's otherwise perfect. Great room service, friendly staff, superior pool, nicely kept grounds...but then the Mosk wakes you up at 5am each morning, and blares for 30mins.

5 stars hotel located in a quien place

Beautiful location. This hotel deserves at leats 5 stars, spotless common areas and room, huge pool in perfect conditions, lovely garden well maintained, kind and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to help. Upon check in we were welcomed with fresh juice as a complimentary drink and were taken to our room the one that was full decorated with beautiful flowers on top of the bed, desktop and bathroom, the set up that you expect in your honeymoon. The only bad point is the driver of the hotel, he seems to be willing to charge a lot of money just because you are staying in a nice hotel, I didn't like his attitude. Motorbikes for rent at IDR 100.000, quite expensive considering that the regular price is IDR 50,000 but the driver thinks that you are able to pay more so.... Reception girl wasn't fully instructed on her role. PS. You don't have beach access from the hotel.

Hyvä hotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla

Hotelli oli rauhallisella alueella, mutta kävely etäisyyden päästä löytyi paikallista ruokaa, marketteja, kojuja jne. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelu tasokasta, huoneet siistejä, sängyt mukavia ja ilmastointi toimi. Aamiaisessa oli valinnanvaraa ja ruoka oli hyvää. Sijainti on vähän syrjäinen mutta kelpo rentoutumiseen ja toimiva jos haluaa pysytellä pois turistialueilta. Jos kaipaa menoa, täältä sitä ei välttämättä kannata lähteä hakemaan.
