"Very accommodating, comfy beds (a real +). Kitchen fully loaded with supplies (including spices and condiments). We spent so much time down on the dock crabbing and fishing. Our dogs loved the freedom and space. Made friends with others in the area and did dog walks with them."

The ground floor was badly in need of vacuuming and there was hair in the shower drain. We never could connect to internet and had no cell service so couldn't even let anyone know. Finally, the water has a highly sulfur odor. Overall it seemed no-one had been in the house in a while and it needed some more...

You don't need to bring pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc., the host provides all the essentials. Bring whatever you want to eat and drink, and you're golden. They roll the sidewalks up early in Reedville and surrounding areas, so plan ahead to get restaurant schedules, and pick up those last minute items from the store in the early...

"Great cottage. Gorgeous view we saw all sorts of bird life including herons, egrets and ospreys. Two nicely furnished porches to enjoy the view. Very well equipped with everything one might need."

"The room was as presented. Clean and nicely appointed. Some noise from downstairs reminded us of apartment living. It would have helped to be assured that there was no way to get from ground level apartment to the upstairs apartment from inside."

"The Clifton House is like stepping into your own manor by the bay. The large 5-acre property ensures privacy and peace. Upon our arrival, the home was clean and the furniture in good condition. The house is LARGE with room for everyone in our party of 8 to spread out and relax. For 6 guests in our party, this was their second stay at the Clifton House, and they all said it was as wonderful as they all remembered. All the rooms boast gorgeous views and lots of light from the numerous windows....

Stove top was dirty with mysterious fluid. It was what it was. Plenty to do in area. Plenty of undersize crab available- we threw them back."
