"Excellent hotel. Location is perfect. If you like shopping, hotel is within walking distance to great shopping. Shibuya crossing is right outside and can view crossing from hotel. Shibuya station is right there. Breakfast is great and was a perfect option to opt in. Staff are great. Amenities are great. Hotel is perfect. We’ll be back for longer days for sure. Thanks for an excellent stay."

"Very clean, very simple check in and helpful staff with a great understanding of the English language. We could not have been happier with choosing this hotel. We will stay here again if and when we find ourselves back in Tokyo. The free provided amenities were a nice touch and access to shibuya station via the New South Gate even made getting around that much easier. Arigato gozaimasu!"

"The staff was friendly, and the room’s washer/dryer and small kitchenette were very convenient. However, the room felt extremely humid because the electricity (including the air conditioning) only worked when the room key card was inserted into the wall slot. This meant we couldn’t keep the air conditioning running while we were out, so we often returned to a hot, uncomfortable room after spending the day outside. We were also disappointed by the hotel’s early check-in policy. They charge an extra fee for early room access, and the fee increases based on the number of guests staying in the room and the number of hours before check-in. We found this unreasonable, especially since our luggage had already been delivered to the room, which suggested it was ready. We understand that early check-in cannot always be accommodated, but when a room is prepared, allowing guests access would create a much more welcoming first impression and improve the overall guest experience."

"Staff were great to deal with, polite, professional and helpful. Great location to everything. I had some difficulty to find hotel initially due to overhead walkways required to get to general area from train station. Once I had it figured, it was easy to get around. Property & room could use some refreshing. Overall met my needs for 1 night stay and experience for that area."

"The breakfast is worth it by itself. Rooms are clean and a decent size from what I have been hearing about rooms in Japan. Very clean and well maintained along with the rest of the property. Can not say enough about the staff. Kind, friendly and willing to help with anything. Vicinity is close to everything from shopping to eating. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
