"Temperature was summer high and air conditioner worked only on the entrance bedroom of the suite. they came to fix it but only worked for half a day. Returned to the same hotel two weeks later, as scheduled and pre paid on our trip, gave us same room and air conditioner problem stil not fixed. Front desk clerk extremely nice to a visitor that tipped him, we asked nicely for an extra pillow and mumble did not have extras and walked away."

"Very happy with my stay here especially for my first solo trip! Staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions! They offer a meet and greet with a free drink a great way to meet new people from around the world. The rooms and beds were clean however I think what stops me from giving it a true 10/10 is the lack of air conditioning which then creates a slight foul smell in the rooms. The rooms are somewhat small with very little ventilation where it makes the rooms feel very humid and smell like the bathroom. The bathrooms have a wooden mesh like floor that is risen above the concrete and I think that’s what adds to the slight ball smell in the rooms. Other than that I enjoyed my stayed."

"The Hotel is fine , balanced against cost , nothing gained or lost , very few facilities for water , ice or comforts like a kettle or fridge in the room , The TV was large widescreen but outdated , no way to cast to it or use for Netflix . The common area come restaurant come drinks area is poorly staffed and the food is not bad but priced at 5 star prices , which it is not , we were not given the option of a last call for a last beer before the waiter promptly came with the bill and cheekily asked for a tip . Not an impressive stay this time , rooms are large .. its probably the best benefit of staying there ."

"I had an outstanding stay at Only You Atocha and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. During my stay, I lost my cell phone, along with my ID, debit card, and credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Samuel went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage. Samuel’s outstanding service reflects very positively on Only You Atocha, and I am extremely grateful for everything he did. Employees like him are rare and deserve recognition. I highly recommend Only You Atocha to anyone looking for excellent accommodations and customer service that truly exceeds expectations. Thank you, Samuel, and thank you to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful stay."
