"Positioned in the perfect spot to capture the sunrise and sunsets without being blinded. Stunning ocean views and situated at the quieter part of the esplanade. Close to local favourite watering holes and walking distance to boutique shops on the esplanade and pier. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the unit itself was the perfect size with luxury feels. The kitchen pantry was well stocked and even had cooking oil and paper towels....it's the small things that make big impacts when...

"Good bed. Good shower. Nice location. Didn’t use the bikes but nice they were offered. A/C was a blessing. This apartment seems a bit rundown on first entering but after we got used to it we found it very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our time in this place."

"We actually did not stay in the property - John the owner kindly offered an upgrade to a slightly bigger town house near the beach. The townhouse is spotless clean and comfortable to stay. John himself welcomes us on arrival, he's super friendly and helpful. Thank you John for making our time in Hervey bay so enjoyable."

"The property was as described in the advertising and previous reviews. Someone said the dishwasher was filthy, but this is no longer true, the dishwasher looked quite new and very clean. The location was great. Something to note: no air con in second bedroom. The weather was great so this wasn't a bother to us but if very hot, this may be an issue for some. Also, no wifi but we had the ability to hotspot our phones for the smart tv use. A nice spot to 'unplug' anyway! We enjoyed our time and...

"Our car broke down and we were stuck in the area for a week, so booked this apartment last minute. It was perfect for our needs, nothing fancy but lacking very little. Awesome location too if you are without car or want to leave it parked. Walking distance to shops, pub, ice cream, beach, playgrounds, and car rental shop. Great value too."

"The lounge chairs were terrible. The owners need to sit in them and I am sure they would be buying a new one very quickly. Spoilt our time to relax in . Everything thing else was really good. The bed so comfortable, the unit itself was very out dated, wouldn’t take much to bring up to the standard of the charges. Cleaners were excellent and kitchen was lovely to cook in. Sorry , but will be choosing another unit at White Crest for our next stay. Staff wonderful. Thank you. Russ and Jen."

"Heated pool was very nice and apartment was good. Furniture felt a little old when sitting on lounge for instance but overall the rest was fine. Wardrobe in bedrooms werent cleaned with hair and dust around spare pillows. Overall it was still a good experience."

The only downside was actually some people’s lack of consideration towards others - stomping feet like herd of elephants or moving furniture around on the top floor at 10pm or 6am , or ‘singing’/screaming like possessed from their balcony at night. "
