The lift was broken during our stay due to Cyclone Alfred flooding some months before. This required climbing 3 flights of stairs. They only have Foxtel which dosnt work all the time. Id suggest getting netflix. However the staff were excellent and friendly and helped with the luggage. Id stay there again.

Nice quiet area, apartment was clean neat and tidy. On-site parking was good. Didn’t get to use pool or other outdoor facilities as only had a short stay but facilities looked ok.

Loved the property, clean and tidy, it's a little older but the size more than makes up for that. I feel it would be better without so many pictures, that may sound wierd but every space has a picture and it's actually them that make the space look older.

Check in changed from reception to key in safe about 2 hours before check in was due to shut. No hassle though. Room was spacious but a little dark - think I might have booked ground floor room but not sure. Good area for beach/coffee/eating.

The lounge chairs were terrible. The owners need to sit in them and I am sure they would be buying a new one very quickly. Spoilt our time to relax in . Everything thing else was really good. The bed so comfortable, the unit itself was very out dated, wouldn’t take much to bring up to the standard of the charges. Cleaners were excellent and kitchen was lovely to cook in. Sorry , but will be choosing another unit at White Crest for our next stay. Staff wonderful. Thank you. Russ and Jen.

The Unit could do with a good up date and clean. When we arrived the bathroom and kitchen floors were sticky. The smell under the sink in the kitchen and in the hall way were really bad. There are holes in the gause on the window in the bathroom, letting in blowflies and other insects.

Wonderful 5 night Stay!

The most important part of an overnight stay is just that overnight means (comfortable and clean bed) The bed was fabulous in the unit we stayed in and the rest was comfortable and welcoming. The greetings and helpfulness of the staff was also faultless. For the apartment I stayed in I give it a 5 out of 5!
