Walking distance to metro. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Was able to borrow hotel umbrella. Phone didn’t work in room. TV remote didn’t work but was replaced next day. Could use a deep clean…bathroom and windows especially.

It would be good that the kitchen items were checked when rooms are cleaned as many items that we went to use were dirty.

My son and I really. Enjoyed our stay but we're very confused when there was a note to ask us to wash our dishes in the dishwasher but our room didn't have one. The pool furniture was very disorganised and the pool water needed a good clean out of leaves, we got the impression it hadn't been cleaned In a while, but absolutely loved the spa

Safe needed new battery, reported but never changed. Room not cleaned on arrival and had to schedule cleaning. Dirty plates in cupboard. Chairs in room badly stained - disgusting. Clearly this room hadn’t been serviced. Very poor start - eventually rectified.

The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.
I'm not sure whether I missed it in the booking process, but I was surprised to be charged $20 per night for parking.

The room was a great size and was well appointed. We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms were also a great size and well appointed but the whoever replenished the consumables was a bit stingey! The cleanliness of the room needed some attention with filth around the switches and mould in the bottom of the shower. It was a bit odd that there were 4 of every utensil and plate, except for the coffee mugs (only 2 of those!), and they hadn’t been properly cleaned.

King bed is two single beds together..not good with dip in middle, no sml table-chairs x2 for having breakfast.. as a kitchen, no dishwashing liquid, TV not easy to operate... no luggage shelf. Poor design. Someone opened our door at 6am!

It was an excellent overnight stay.
I read some negative reviews prior to booking & was interested to see how the room etc was.
It was great value, clean & the bed was very comfortable.
The shower was perfect. Good pressure & nice toiletries.
The parking is $20. So be it. Cheaper than Sydney.

A bit disappointed with my stay. Aside from the paid parking there are only half a dozen car spaces available to guests & visitors. No on-street parking whatsoever. I was unfortunately given the easy access room which I found to be a bit inconvenient. Shower curtains that did nothing to stop the flooding of the bathroom (despite the fact I had the shower on as hot & with as much flow as possible & had nothing but a warm drizzle). Low basin only in the bathroom (no vanity) so nowhere to put anything. Full length mirror that came to my shoulder. All the ambiance of a hospital bathroom. I would be incredibly surprised if they were booked out so I’m disappointed this was the room I was given.
The tv in the main room didn’t work & I only found one remote (not sure if it’s supposed to be shared between the two tvs?). Relatively quiet despite being in a main road. The bedside lamp shade wasn’t the right size, wouldn’t sit evenly & kept falling to the side which kind of summed up my experience. For Sydney where accom prices are ridiculous it was an ok price & satisfactory experience but I must say I had hoped for something a little fresher & better maintained.

Convenient to busses and trains. Supermarketbin walkingvdistance. Local restaurant has gone a bit diwn hill. They need to clean the room more than once a week. Had to keep asking for fresh towels. housekeeping doesnt work on the weekends. Did do free laundry powder for guest laundry (also free) but u had to ask.

Party in an adjacent unit and either it was extremely loud or the sound proofing needs to be improved. Was extremely noisy till 4 am. Didn't get a good sleep. at all. Manager did not seem very concerned in the morning when we let him know and basiclly shrugged it off.
