The property is exactly as advertised and well situated with a nearby grocery store. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the George Street light rail transit lines make travel very easy. Washer and dryer were easy to use and there was also an iron and ironing board. I would definitely stay here again.

Very central and convenient location. Plenty of food choices and vibrant neighbourhoods. Though there was no room cleaning every day but could get supplies easily by dial 9.

Overall the room was ok with a small kitchen and washing machine plus dryer, however the shower room design is a total failure, the flooding during every single shower was a disaster and it ruined our experience so badly. Didn’t expect that to happen in a 5-star hotel.

The property is ideally situated very close to the light rail transportation and to a grocery store. The suite had a greatcselection of cookware and utensils. Dish soap was even included. The washing machine and dryer were in excellent condition and very easy to use.

Great place to stay when visiting Sydney. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Hotel is right on the middle of Chinatown and an easy walk or short public transportation ride to the main Sydney attractions. The only downside was that when we arrived only 1 of the elevator lifts were working, so the line to get on the elevator was lengthy. However, they were able to get someone out to fix it prior to later that evening. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient. Light rail just outside Vibrant area full of eateries. Venue a bit worn, needs a face lift to modernize. No housekeeping until the 4th day but amenities provided

When showering water spills under the shower door and makes the tiled floor very slippery. This could be very dangerous for elderly guests when they have a shower or go into the bathroom in the middle of the night when half-asleep.

Excellent accommodation in this suites hotel in Chinatown with a nearby tram link to Circular Quay for easy access to/from a cruise ship/train/harbour ferries.

Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Felt that the in room amenities were a bit limited considering it was advertised as a 5 star. Found stickers hidden in cupboards saying could ring reception for other things not in room eg. slippers. But these stickers were kind of hidden! Loved that it is right next to a Starbucks and light rail station and lots of restaurants. We were on 8th floor right on street side -was extremely noisy, waking us up throughout the night with people and traffic noise. Felt it was overpriced for what it was and not worthy of a five star rating.

This apartment is in Chinatown itself but it is very close to the light rail system and across the road from the Capitol Theatre. Apartment itself looks quite nice but no view as shown in photo.

I like the location and comfort of this hotel. When showering the water leaks under the shower door and pools on the floor. This is dangerous as it makes the floor very slippery. Something should be done about this as a guest might get seriously injured one day.
