Booked a family room, smelt of dust and had a damp smell. I opened all doors to air room out for the door tracks to be filled of leaves and cob-webs. Staff cleaned once I said something. The motor in Air conditioner made loud noise, received a fan as replacement. Had some random ‘worker’ use their master key to open our room door at 9pm at night (without knocking) to tell us to turn down TV. Wasn’t any louder then Previous nights.

The property was in a bad state of disrepair and very dirty. There was a broken ceiling and mould in the first room we looked at. We stayed there several years ago and it wasn't too bad, but it appeared that the owners hadn't spent any money on it since we stayed there last. Wouldn't stay there again and suggest Wotif remove it from their listings ASAP!!

We stayed for 3 hours and left. Room was very dirty, not sure if it was coffee spattered on the wall / furniture and carpet near the bin but it was absolutely disgusting.Showers were covered in mould. Took photos to email through about the Cleanliness. I thought I having booked a room during Covid would mean the rooms would be spotless. Complete waste of my money.
