"Lovely hotel . Very comfortable bed . The room was excellent . Breakfast in the morning was also very good, with lots of options . The gym which is available 24 hrs a day was very well equipped and so handy being open all day and night . The swimming pool was also very clean and an ideal start to the day. Excellent hotel and highly recommended! "

"Whilst we don’t get to visit as often as we’d like, we’d never stay anywhere else in Oxford. Always spotlessly clean, comfy beds and cosy rooms, can’t fault the staff whether it be reception, concierge or bar staff, this is just a really lovely hotel with good old fashioned values and customer service. "Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "
