"Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Warwick. Our lovely host phoned me to welcome us and let us know how to get into our room if she was absent. She also heated up our room for us prior to arrival. Simple gestures like that mean a lot and show how to give excellent customer service. The room was warm, clean, comfortable and stocked with teas and biscuits. After a long day I was set ! Very happy to recommend and stay here again."
