"Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity.
