About the home
"Swan Bay Views" is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 toilet) home, with lovely water views located in Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs, is the Master bedroom (with en suite) and a separate powder room. The large main living / dining area opens into the well appointed kitchen and front deck. Downstairs, there are three large bedrooms (two with BIR) and a family bathroom (with another separate toilet) and laundry.
Outdoor Areas
The 2nd floor front deck provides a lovely place for outdoor meals (BBQ provided) and views across to Swan Bay. Downstairs there is also a huge double garage with a small table tennis table and direct pedestrian access into the rear of the property.Also featured are a rear courtyard with an outdoor hot & cold shower and another fully enclosed grass covered courtyard at the front of the home.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, and 6 burner gas cook top and electric oven.
Heating/Cooling Systems
Upstairs the Master bedroom and kitchen/living/meals areas are serviced by split system reverse cycle air conditioners and a Coonara wood heater, while downstairs there is another split system in Bedroom 4 as well as mobile oil heaters for use in the other two bedrooms. All three downstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

This home has 9 beds, accommodating up to 13 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Two sets of Single bunks Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed and one set of Single bunks
Please note: A Tri-bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom, and a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. Property was good and met most expectations. Do feel that cleanliness left a bit to be desired, BBQ not clean, no cleaning tool available( one that was there had no bristles!!) outside of property needs a good Karcher, understand difficult to keep spotless but excessive bird droppings, lots of dust, spiderwebs etc. inside was better but floor near back door is finished and must be replaced due to water damage.
Liked the living upstairs and enjoyed it was easy to move around the island. Clean it up and I will be back!!
Fantastic place in a location that really surprises.
Beautifully presented house with great spaces. Also located so close to the back beach and fantastic walks. We were lucky enough to see the shearwaters at sunset on many nights which was a stunning spectacle.

Great property and location. Loved the views and the facilities.
The bins must have blown over and rubbish had blown across the front of the property which was the only thing that brought the marks down slightly. That and the lack of salad bowls. Otherwise brilliant.
Fantastic location and a well set up property with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable size for two families with kids and close to so many great things. Many thanks

Relaxing!
Great home that accommodates for all age groups. Quiet street but easily accessible to all you need. It could do with a deep clean but would definitely recommend and would stay again.
The house was brilliant! And the location was perfect a quick car ride to all the attractions. It was very well equipped and the view of the water was lovely to have my morning coffee. Amazing for families and felt super safe. The enclosed back yard was a bonus. We loved it!
Hello the property was lovely and in a good location, however, we were VEry disappointed that we couldn’t use the BBQ. After thoroughly
cleaning the dirty grills etc. we noticed that rats had made their home in the BBQ. There was an enormous amount of rat poo under the grills!!
We were extremely disgusted!! Not only could we not use the BBQ to cook our meat, but we had to make other arrangements and have takeaway!! An extra expense we hadn’t prepared for!! Not happy!!
