Not bad for a one or two day visit I won’t be coming back to Surat Thani as there is not much to do there The rooms had no safe to keep your valuables in which I was not impressed about

Good bssic accommodation and great value for money
We stopoed over for a night to catch the 8am train back to Bangkok. The hotel was a cross between a motel and an edge of town business hotel. It served the purpose well. Excellent value for money, helpful staff and great 'jungle pool'. When we used to travel with young children they'd have loved this. Don't expect what I call 'Marriott' mattresses and pillows. Beds are firm but air con is good and we had a room that opened onto the pool. Nice place. Easy.

The pool is incredible! Our room was big and spacious with the great view of the beautiful pool. Breakfast each morning and the lotus mall is across the street!

It's quite an old building that would need some good maintenance but overall has a good atmosphere and the terrace/pool garden is a fantastic spot to relax.

Serene, clean, staffs when we arrived at night was snobbish, didn't even help us with our luggages. Didn't even greeted us. The lady staff in the morning was better. Buffet breakfast was blah for 2 days, but on the 3rd morning we were offered continental which is better. The servers were polite. They should man the info desk instead of the snob guy. The pool is ok but lots of leaves from the trees. Looks great on pictures though hahaha. Overall is ok. They have restaurant that serves seafood and Thai food right Infront of the hotel. They have big parking space too though we didn't drive to get there, taxi terminal was on the further left opposite side. Their Rice farm is ok, we had good pictures there too luckily as they harvested the rice the following day. For just simple getaway, the place is good.

Beautiful pool and garden, friendly staff
We were one of only a few guests there due to the Covid thing as such I guess there was less staff so some things could have been maintained better, the pool had quite a few leaves and the spa was empty, no pool service or towels etc. We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and clean and we had the pool view which is stunning, the pool is literally the centrepiece of the hotel. We’d definitely stay again as it’s one of the best in the area we have been to.

Overall stay was good. I received a massage at the spa which I would NOT recommend. The therapist was using too much pressure and I told her about 5 times that she was hurting me. I think she thought it was funny that the poor American couldn't handle the strong Thai massage. Her and the other therapist kept talking and laughing.

We met some wonderful folks at our stay at 100 island resort so with that they showed us a little bit if the area, which was nice.

Surat Thani is not for tourists. This hotel, although physically lovely, has no amenities. The "restaurant" was only open for a skimpy breakfast buffet of mostly cold rice/curry. Not sure if because of recent flooding but the place was deserted and no one around to help. No food except for in a mall but you have to cross a busy 6 lane roadway. Although the "spa" menu offers several options, upon arrival I was only offered basic thai massage. No other spa services.

I stayed in tha hotel at night as I had my Ferry to koh samui. If you need to stay one night in Surat Thani go for this hotel. There are good restaurants near the hotel and the ferry service offices like zetran , lampriyah very close . So this could be your best option on the way to koh samui one night stand .

Bargain price for very attractively landscaped property. AC was nice and strong, wifi not so much but it worked. Plenty of food options at Tesco Lotus across the street but otherwise far from town.

Unfortunately this hotel is a lot older than it looks in the photos. It really needs a make over. We loved that it was opposite a Tesco shopping centre and 5 minute walk from a very large shopping centre. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was getting retiled, especially when you think you are going for a swim. Overall it was sufficient.

after reading concerning reviews about this hotel, I am pleased to say the hotel seems to have fixed them all. the pool/lagoon area was clean and useable, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfect for a stop over!
If you are flying out of Surat Thani Airport and just need somewhere to sleep for the night, this hotel is perfect! The breakfast isn't that great but the massage/spa treatments are good.

Okay for 1 Night Stopover
The hotel is overall okay. It's clean and pretty nicely decorated. I would only recommend this place as a 1 night stopover on your way to/back from Koh Samui. It is about half way in between the Surat Thani tran station and city center Surat Thani (about 10km each way). The bed was comfortable but the pillows were unbearably big and uncomfortable--after asking for softer pillows, only a minor improvement. The hotel is about 7 minute walk to a Teso Louts (supermarket) but if you are here for short stay, not really beneficial. Other than a few restaurants by the TL, there is nothing here except two major freeways. Biggest issue: no hot-water kettle in the room--had to go downstairs to the dinning area to get hot-water. BUT, at night they placed a full padlock on the door to the dinning room. This would normally not be an issue, but one of was sick and needed to make soup and tea...this was most inconvenient. We have been in Thailand for 1.5 months now and first hotel to not place hot-water kettle in the room. As I said, this hotel is a stopover and unnecessary for any more than 1 quick night.

This hotel is very well placed, especially for those wanting onward passage to Donsak - Koh Samui service. Clean comfortable, with friendly staff. Breakfast not too bad, but would be enhanced with bacon to go with the eggs! I was standing in the car park mid evening chatting with a very nice gentleman and his young daughter. After a while it became obvious that he was the owner who lives there. Now that says something about the service and relaxed attitude of the staff. A real personal touch probably unknown in any other hotel of this size and rating. I live on Samui and have used 100 Islands many times, thoroughly recommended !

Value for money stopover hotel
I was travelling with a friend and we had a twin room for 900. This included breakfast, air con and a decent bathroom. Wifi only worked downstairs in the lobby and was not very reliable but it was free. We both had a massage in the spa after 2 days travelling with heavy backpacks and we were both really pleased with the service we had there. Walking distance to large Tesco and short tuk tuk ride to new shopping centre so a good place for a stop over on route to the airport or the ferry.

Outdated hotel. During our stay there were a lot of Thai tourist in the hotel. Our son had an amazing time with the other children in the pool. The room itself was oke, bedding was oke and breakfast was oke. It was value for money.
