I find the seats extremely hard. Needs more padding. Your staff are extremely polite and friendly. I do however feel sorry for your staff as they were continuously running out of popular foods onboard. I understand it is difficult to foresee what people would like but just a little extra of each might help your staff from upsetting customers and being abused. I did receive my choice on this flight but noticed others didn't and customers responses to your lovely crew. I fly with your company every month Australia to and from the UK and view this on every flight. I am looking forward to small improvements and one day being rewarded for my loyalty to your company.
