"Om 02.30am ingecheckt vanwege late aankomst op Bali. Ze adverteren met 24/7 roomservice dus bewaarden wij onze eetlust voor in het hotel, echter was er 's nachts geen roomservice mogelijk en was er geen eten te krijgen in het hotel. Hotel ziet er beneden goed uit, boven oud en vervallen. Kamer ook oud en badkamer beschimmeld en ruikt muf. Veel bruine/zwarte/rode(bloed) vlekken op het beddengoed. Het kussen stonk naar rook.
Ontbijt zou tot 11 uur beschikbaar zijn, wij werden om 10 uur gebeld...

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town.
The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras.
The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed.

"The location is perfect, it connects to the Beachwalk, which is a mall with shops and food abound.
As for the room itself, I found that the design of the shower was kind of off. The shower door opened outward, which caused the droplets of water to wet the bathroom floor, which was very annoying.
The breakfast area was kind of small, and during the peak time the egg service could not handle the orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my omelet ready.
Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay."
