"Great location and 17 minutes from Changi Airport by taxi. Convenient location that restaurants, convenient stores, gelato shops, massage shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Breakfast is provided with good variety of food. Cleaning staffs are efficient. Orange juice and cold drink vending machines located at the reception and near to the lift which were thoughtful. Comfortable bed. The shower room smells after having a hot shower which could be caused by the ventilation issues. Could hear people passing through the corridors all the time and insulation would need to be upgraded. "

"Perfect stopover stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, efficient and very welcoming. They were attentive and happy to store my bags while I went out exploring the city, which made everything really smooth and stress free. The room itself was excellent quality — comfortable, clean, modern and with a beautiful scenic view. Everything felt well looked after and business-friendly, and the facilities were more than adequate. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. "

"I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "

"This hotel was excellent, and the price was great too. I had a great time staying here. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, many of which are opened late for those late night cravings or if you get in late, and some are 24 hours. Malls, groceries, the subway station, bus stops, street market, and the beach are all within a 20 minute walk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel. It is an excellent place to stay."
