"We never saw any staff, keys were left outside the office. Keys were waiting for us when arriving a few minutes early. The room was very nice, had a listing of all the nearby restaurants and an area map. We were initially disturbed by a bathroom window that didn’t close all the way and the bathroom was very cold. But there was a room heater with easy to use controls that heated it up quickly. It turned out not to be an issue at all. "

"Staff were very helpful and very accommodating of any requests! Ample parking. Rooms were somewhat dated but clean and comfortable to stay in. Great location close to the main strip in Lorne. Overall, great value for money and would recommend. "
