We sincerely wish you've addressed the issue with smell in your room right away, so we could find better alternatives for you immediately, as we should. As in many other hotels, our housekeeping service is currently operating on on-demand basis. It seems like you hadn't been informed of this upon check-in, which will be a subject for follow-up with the staff member who had checked you in. Unfortunately, usage of candles (or any open flame, as the matter of fact) is highly prohibited in hotels, as it poses a fire hazard. This being said, you will not be permitted to stay at our property in the future. We wish you all the best in your future travels!

There were 5 electrical light sources in your room (located outside of the washroom) which included ceiling hallway light, 2 wall-mounted lamps by your bed, desk lamp, & a floor lamp. We apologize for any inconvenience misallocating any of the above may have caused you. The noise you're describing may have been the HVAC unit in your room, which we could help you turn off should it had been addressed. We've checked the TVs in the workout room & all of them are fully functional & had been used by our guests on a daily basis with no complaints addressed. We've also checked the water pressure in all water sources of the room you've stayed in & found no issues. All taps & shower heads have an excellent water pressure, as of today. I was the one checking you out & have received no complaints on your end upon the check-out.
