"Wonderful, quiet stay! "

"I think this hotel's focus is more on events planned in their event spaces than on the actual guests that are staying in the rooms on the property. We called the restaurant onsite to ask questions/request room service but they hung up the phone on us twice. Requested the free shuttle service to the train station 5 minutes away and the staff responded as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Free shuttle available is listed as part of their amenities both on their website and on their listing on Expedia. They did eventually, begrudgingly offer to arrange a shuttle for us but since we were not guaranteed a return shuttle on the way back to the hotel we decided not to take them up on their offer. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The location was good, safe and suited our needs."

"Bed was hard. Construction going on throughout hotel ice machines unplug due to construction elevators where on and off working was put on a separate floor then the rest of my party and was advised prior to arrival "
