The location was perfect (close to all modes of public transportation), the food was delicious (the inlcuded breakfast is the most generous we have ever experienced)… a comfy bed and updated amenities (charging stations, tea and coffee service, bathrobes)… this was our first visit to London and when we return we will be staying at The Hand and Flower!"

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby! We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again."
