"The staff was amazing. On the days that we had to leave for excursions before breakfast time they arranged for coffee and breakfast foods that we could take with us. The staff arranged our early morning rides for us. We loved the public living room where our grandsons were able to play chess while we were able to relax with a glass of wine. On the days that we had breakfast the staff were great and the food was good and very plentiful."

"Rating this as excellent for what it was being a inexpensive pod hotel. Great location in the heart if Soho. Functionally ideal for people who ude a hotel only for sleeping and other essential activities. I woukd have appreciated more soundproofing especially for opening and closing doors"

"Park Plaza was good, nice rooms, great location. I wouldn't say it was worth what we paid. The check in was incredibly slow with the staff, we were waiting a long time. The room didn't have any nice touches like coffee, water or biscuits. And the spa/swimming pool needed to be booked in advance, and nothing said that was the case online, at booking, check in, or in the in-room information."
