I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was during my stay. Super clean room, great breakfast. Bed was hard, but i prefer that. It felt like staying at a friend's house honestly. Will be staying here again on my next trip."

Good location, near Alster lakes (great for a stroll/run) and beautiful Planten un Blomen park. Rathaus about 1/2 mile. Breakfast and cleaning staff efficient and friendly. Poor WiFi. Laeiszhalle also within easy walking distance, where I attended a concert. Would use again."
