"What we really liked (besides everything!) was its location away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of town. We like the privacy! The kitchen was well stocked with anything I would use, but we found ourselves heading to the town centre for many of our meals. We wanted to taste the flavors of the area. The bed was very comfortable and the use of a washer very handy for us. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the log cabin. Check in was super easy, and the house was lovely and clean, even down to sparkling clean drinking glasses. The house is a little older, and more modest in terms of the bathroom (especially with several people staying), but still perfectly adequate. Beds are very comfortable. The house has a lovely friendly feel and the large seaside deck is fabulous. What a gorgeous view of the sea! Wow. Communication with the host was easy; Rod's responses were always prompt and helpful. We also appreciated that there was a full set of instructions for the house and all appliances therein. We would definitely consider staying again."

"Pet friendly but my dog was getting into private area through hole in divider fence. We both loved our stay, peaceful and tranquil. The house is decorated with a scandy / beach design. Clean and pleasant. Easy walk to the beach. Amazing "

"Rosie's is every bit as cute and charming as the photos suggest. I loved it so much I ended up extending my stay!The cottage was clean and filled with lots of lovely touches. The setting is beautiful and relaxing - it's surrounded by trees and garden, with views out to Stanmore Bay. Although it sits on the same site as the owners' house, it's very private. The only word of warning I have about the location is that people with mobility issues could find the little walkway to the cottage challenging; it's fine for most people, but some would struggle with it.Host Gay was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you, Gay - I hope to return to Rosie's soon!"

"This place is perfect. Well equipped with everything you need for a restful break. Cozy yet modern and very clean. We slept so well as so quiet and peaceful. 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and the views from the deck are spectacular. As you can tell we loved the place and will be coming back. Thanks Geoff "
