"Room was clean, staff was friendly and super helpful! Also, they noted my Expedia member status and threw in some perks which was super nice and I didn’t expect :) We did not eat at the Sutton but its location is so close to many great restaurants (and shopping) that we didn’t have a long wait or anything. The location is in a well lit, safe spot and with the grocery store, shopping, liquor store and restaurant options it’s going to be the place we stay for sure."

"We had an excellent stay! The location was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms, furniture, and amenities all felt brand new. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in a standard room with two double beds, which overall was very nice. Small issue was that we found the bathroom lights were not very bright and oddly no extractor fan in it which meant the mirror took ages to clear. I found the toilet very low too. The beds were comfy and there were nice touches with the white tea products. We were about 4 rooms in from elevator, but seemed to be able to hear it. But it didn't go all night which is fine. Nice to have a fridge in room and good hair dryer. We paid for breakfast and that was amazing, we were spoilt for choice. We used the indoor and outdoor pool which were both great. Towels provided at both. The outdoor pool had warmed towels which was lovely. The hot tub at the indoor pool was very nice and we were very lucky to have it too ourself for about an hour. We didnt use the gym but it looked well equipped. The hotel has many water refill stations. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only found the lady at the gift shop a little rude when asking for help."
