2/2 home in quiet area of St Pete Beach. 1 mile to Upham Beach, close to many bars and restaurants. Golf cart included with property to cruise to the beach. Looking for winter rental tenant. Buoys, Toasted Monkey, Willy’s, Woody’s, Oyster Shuckers, Chill and 82 Degrees all within close walking distance. Corey Ave Sunday Market within walking distance, where we enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables, fish dip, bread, and many local art and food vendors.

Full kitchen, dining room, living room, and Florida room, plus two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Single car garage where the golf cart is kept. Full bathroom with small shower in master BR, second fill bathroom with tub and shower.

Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, glass top stove and dishwasher and fridge. Second fridge in laundry room with washer and dryer.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)
