"Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at this place. It’s very clean, the appliance’s and kitchen are great. The host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Neighborhood isn’t the nicest, but it’s a close 3-4 minute drive to downtown. Bring extra blankets if you want more."

"My wife and enjoyed St. Pete’s. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It was provisioned with everything we needed. Upon our arrival our host greeted us with fresh bagels, Popcorn and pretzels which was a nice touch. We did not use the pool facilities because it was freezing when we were there. Although it looked nice. Other tenants in this big building were very friendly! It’s a perfect location for a baseball game. The walk to downtown was manageable."

"We came to St Pete for a short birthday weekend getaway for my boyfriend. The property was located in a nice area, it was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was a cream for the coffee that was provided, but nothing a quit trip to the store couldn’t remedy. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The pool and patio area was beautiful and nicely kept. It also had a little putting green. The property does not have a Hot tub as advertised but that wasn’t a big deal for...

"10-15 minutes to multiple beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Nicely remodeled home. Super easy check in process and plenty of useful communication from the host."

"Honestly this had to be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. The place was clean. A little modern apartment right down town. The only thing I would change would make the water temperature a little hotter. I like hot showers. But overall I can’t wait to stay there again. "
