You need outside lighting in front of rooms 703 & 704. I could not see to unlock the door after dark. Had to use flashlight. Very dangerous

Well kept but old. Small and expensive, but all of Holmes Beach is expensive, so they are not out of line for the area.

The room wasn’t clean. Shower and shower curtain have mold also shower curtain had what looked like blood on it . We called host several times left message never returned my call . We requested a clean shower curtain and towels no one ever responded. There were only 2 bath towels.

Listing says ‘freezer’. The small refrigerator’s “freezer” needed to be defrosted and there was no way anything could be put in the ‘freezer’. Listing also say ‘alarm clock’ , but there was not one. The lush foliage shown in the pictures of this listing have all died and outdoor chairs that sits outside the the back door are very old, worn and mismatched.

Smelly rooms
The place was very small but clean. But my HUGE complaint is that they have some type of chemical smell in here that was so strong that I had a hard time falling asleep. I could not find any plug ins or anything that the strong chemical smell was coming from but you need to be aware that some people are super sensitive to heavy smells and chemicals.
