Located in the coveted Old Southeast neighborhood, steps to Lassing Park with beautiful bay views. 5 minutes to lively downtown.
You will love this spacious detached apartment in prime location. There is a living space with pull out sofa bed, tv with Roku including Disney+, Amazon video, and YouTubetv. Expandable dining table seats 2-4. Full size kitchen with plenty of storage. Bedroom features a king size memory foam bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a pool/spa view. There is a patio designated for this apartment as well as large shared pool deck and patio. Beach gear, kayaks are all available for use. Please note: pool and spa are NOT heated. Overflow spa is for aesthetic purposes only, it will not be heated. Water temperatures will be cooler in winter months.

Beautiful pool garage apartment

This property was perfect for my visit to the Old Southeast neighborhood. I am hoping for a return trip in the near future. Pool was an added bonus that I enjoyed with my grandkids.

Enjoyed our stay.

Love the area. Many parts of our stay were great. The unit could use a few more amenities such as glassware, comfortable chairs and attention to the coffee table in living room. Sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable. Also posted information about WiFi and instructions on tv use would have been helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Found this gem after finding my reservations on the beach couldn't be fulfilled. The alley leading back was busy with debris was distraction, The family was a little shy but Shadow was a good icebreaker. Would return if back to area.

St. Pete Gem

We found this gem in St. Pete, and it was perfect for our family of three. It was in a quiet location, but close to downtown St. Pete. We also found a great spot a few minutes (driving) north of the house called "Spa Beach". My son enjoyed the splash pad, the beach, and the playground there. Would highly recommend this place.
