Super cute! You have your own parking area, the bed and sheets are very comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. Located in a convenient area - would stay here again!

Was a nice rental. The only complaint was that the small living area/kitchen area had no AC and it was warm. The bedroom had a solid AC unit.

The room was in good condition. I am glad I was only one person staying there as the hot water ran out with just myself showering. The bed was comfortable, but the only tv was in the bedroom and it continuously disconnected from the wifi, over and over again. Very frustrating. I would definitely not stay there with multiple people, and I personally would not rent this location again.

Loved that bedroom was fully outfitted with - 2 closets, dresser, bedside end tables and lamps, ceiling fan and A/C. Loved that we could unpack our suitcases and live comfortably for 3 days - Thanks for that!!

I travel for work. This place provides a peaceful and serene stay in my evenings after a hard day. Super close to the grocery store and gym. Not to mention most places in St Pete are easily accessible.

Great rental for two people. Lots of amenities like hot plate, toaster, pots, plans, microwave, refrigerator. Room is airconditioned, its very quiet. Shower water pressure is amazing. Room is very clean, lots of lighting, comfortable bed. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. Very easy to get in on arrival and to check out as well. Spent 4 nights here for a swim meet and it was perfect for us.

It’s a cute weekend getaway
It has a cute beachy feel. The appliances were a plus for a short stay. But the couch was a bit uncomfortable. It’s not really set up to spend extended time there, just sleep. The entrance of the room was on the backside of the house in an alley way so it made ubering a little complicated. But all in all it was a nice place to stay for 3 nights. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe
