Super fun boutique spot with historic charm but clean bright and updated. Comfy bed, loved that we had a full kitchen and living room. Centrally located we could walk to all the shops, restaurants and breweries. We would definitely recommend this spot.

Great stay! Was just an overnight, in the area for work but it was perfect. I've already mentioned to a few friends. I am a Florida resident so may plan a return, relaxing weekend to enjoy downtown Dunedin. Amenities were plentiful, nice spacious traditional suite

Loved this quaint little place! Definitely will come back and stay there again. Next time we will book in advance so we can try one of the larger rooms. The owner was there one afternoon and was just delightful to talk to. He takes great pride but also wants to make sure you are having a fun visit. Great communication! Breakfast next door was amazing so make sure you get a breakfast card. Everything was within walking distance and there was an organic grocery right around the corner. The only thing we would have liked to see is a blackout drape in the kitchen area of the Regency Room. There were black out draped on the windows in the bedroom but since it is open concept it was pretty bright from the lights outside. Everything else was perfect and amazing! Thank you!

Room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Decorated very nice and the grounds were landscaped beautifully. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars and shops also a block from the pinellas trail. A very short drive to additional restaurants and Honeymoon Island or Clearwater. Most comfortable bed i have ever slept on. Would definitely stay here again if I return to this area.

We loved our stay! We came for Wedding and this location was less expensive and closer to events than the hotels recommended! Loved being right in the middle of things. The apartment was really Inviting with great decor that was perfect for the 4 of us -so many extras. Clean and attentive staff! I will definitely stay here again!
