The price is also very reasonable and the owner always there when needed.Definitely a great place and well worth the trip! Oh, and the condo cat Butterball is always there to welcome you (for a pet of course ! )"

"This Vrbo was great!!! Communication with the host was excellent. The checking in and then checking out couldn’t have been easier. As soon as we entered our room we noticed how clean and comfortable it was. The mattress was super comfortable, he supplied the normal items, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. He even had beach items for us to use, two beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. The beach is right across Gulf Blvd with a pedestrian crossing. The pool was very nice, warm and clean. Perfect location if you’re looking to do activities at the Pass or Hubbard’s Marina about a 10 minute walk. Numerous shops, restaurants and bars in John’s Pass. Also many restaurants on Gulf Blvd. I will highly recommend The Wave Resort, we are definitely planning on staying there again."
