"This place SUCKS. They definitely went for form over function. It’s literally the worst designed hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel regularly for work. I don’t know if it’s just this location, or if every location was designed by morons, but let me run down my experience. First off, I was in room 426. That room shares a wall with the right elevator bank. I could hear every time someone used the elevator and sometimes it sounded like they were in my room. The desk lamp sits right in front of the TV blocking about 5 inches of it. There’s a built-in wall unit that butts up to the left hand side and the tv is off center from the bed, so if you’re on the right hand side of the bed it completely cuts off your view. They use platform beds and the platform is THE SAME COLOR AS THE FLOOR. Destroyed my shins. The rolling table meant for eating or working only has a place to sit to use it on the far right side of the room. From there that built-in fully blocks the TV. In the room, you’re given a SINGLE regular coffee pod, 1 decaf, and for some reason 2 powdered tea pods. If you need more coffee and you go to the lobby it’s $4 a cup. I went to check out only to find out I’ve been double charged for the room. The lady with all the rock necklaces was not very bright. She couldn’t grasp the concept that I had paid for the room before I even checked in, so now I have to go fight that when I get back from my trip. Only saving grace was the guy that checked me in was really quite amazing."

"The bottom line is, the room and view on the 5 th floor was very nice, however it quickly turned into a nightmare. A roach showed up on the bed, and then it scattered. We contacted the front desk and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. “Well we can send security up there to get it”… We were then moved to the 3rd floor with a terrible view and a completely “section 8” type looking room. The hotel customer service should be ashamed of themselves. We were not offered anything for our inconvenience. Nobody wants to sleep in a room with a roach, and they tried to blame it on us for the roach being in the room. Lastly for our trouble, they tried to offer us a free breakfast. I’ll never stay here again, I’d rather spend the night in a storage unit than stay at this place!! "

"No parking unless you’re willing to shell out quite a bit of money ! We didn’t valet because it was 40 bucks a night but ended up paying 30 in parking garage a block away anyways !"

"1. Extra daily fee for parking 2. Shower unsafe due to no grab bars. 3. Bed difficult and uncomfortable getting in and out of. Due to wooden frame and sharp edge. Very painful on backs of legs. 4. Must have a degree in technology to access reservation 4. Would never return"

"This Hotel should be called a Motel. The room was like being in an efficiency, AC very noisy, then cuts off in the middle of the night. Bathroom door is over 40 years old, you have to step in shower just to open the bathroom door, shower is very small. Room was however very clean, but dated and basic. No eating area inside the room, or utensils, no cups for coffee, or silverware to eat. "
