Short walk to the beach; short walk to Publix; short drive to the Rays game. We were locked out when arriving, but the host responded to our phone call within five minutes. The property itself was what we needed - a quiet, comfortable place to sleep with easy access to areas we were interested in.

Perfect location. Nice pool. Full kitchen. On the canal yet across the street from the beach, very convenient. Beautiful view of the canal with 3 piers to sit or fish from. Close to grocery store.

Positive: beach was walking distance, publix next door, quiet not noisy neighbors, location A+ Negative: bedsheets not clean- hair and dirt from previous guests, headboard lose and when tossing or turning extremely noisy, hole in the bathroom wall, looks like unfinished or left during repair. Living room couch extremely old and uncomfortable.

Situated on the bay and across the street from the beach this is a perfect location. There are 3 decks for fishing and a nice pool. The condo was comfortable though the picture we saw led us to believe we were getting a different unit. Overall we had a great stay.

Our condo was great! Lots of space, with new lighting, appliances, tvs, and updated bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable, the furniture was planned out thoughtfully and for plenty of people. The pool was nice and the area by the bay was comfortable and inviting. Beach access is just across the street. Publix and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk, yet it’s location is quiet and peaceful. We’re happy we chose to stay here.

Location was good. Lots of room in the condo. Air kept going on and off so we were very hot at night. The TVs also kept going on and off so I'm pretty sure it was an electrical issues. Property Manager was really apologetic but did not offer a discount to our which I thought would have been nice to do as we went through a lot of trouble.

AWESOME location! Right on the bay and 25 steps to the Gulf! 2 minute walk to Publix; 3 minute walk to Walgreens. 1.5 block to a Treasure Island Beach, where there was a sand castle festival for 3 days.
