"I liked the easy timely contactless check-in, all very smooth. Meeting the staff was much more pleasurable, from Cassandra at the front desk to the house cleaning staff friendly and professional services, Mr.Burns GM, and of course Jesse Lee who quickly came to my aid when I left a phone in friends car and worked with me calling, texting, and just getting it done as quickly and smoothly as possible while fixing my shower which simply need a turn of a bracket. The breakfast buffet was great! Fresh, abundant, tasty. Coffee and tea service 24/7. Rooms larger than average and good pillows, mattress and linens. I loved strolling along Boca Ciega Bay or finding little coffee houses like Mrs. G's! Treasure Island right over the causeway... John's Pass, Mad Beach just laid back and really good food at Scullys on the water. Will return for the ease, hospitality and a bit of old Florida charm at the historic hotel."

"This hotel is in a prime location, and has in its building two fabulous restaurants! The staff is attentive and courteous, especially Eddy at the front desk. The rooms are dated, but the value cannot be beat. I suggest staying at this hotel and will do so again in the future myself."
