"Excellent location, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was truly some of the friendliest and most caring I’ve ever encountered in New York. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Room was spotless and service to the room was accomplished each day at our convenience around our schedule without any disruptions--something that most hotels can't get right but really does make all the difference in your stay. Food and drink available in the lobby is terrific. Rare to see a hotel of this quality be dog friendly--I'd give that element alone 5 stars. Won't stay anywhere else in NYC."

"Very enjoyable stay. However, in the room I was in, there was very limited space to store clothing. Location is excellent with easy assess both downtown and uptown "
"Loved the room and the view! So cozy and cute! Lobby was uniquely decorated and we took advantage of the view from the rooftop bar after returning to the hotel after the concert we attended nearby. "
"This hotel was nothing short from amazing. The concierge staff were very accommodating. I booked this hotel for my lady for her birthday which was 11/25 and just by checking and asking a question for curiosity, they upgraded our room to 37 floor city view, gave a is a complimentary bottle of red wine, along with complementary snacks. Thank you to Tabitha , Jose’ & Mr Robinson for taken real good care of us. We will definitely rebook in the future when in town. "
"Terrific stay at a gem of a hotel! Great location with easy access to the 6 subway line and others not too far away. Staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean."
