Top New Museum Hotel Reviews
citizenM New York Bowery
10/10 Excellent
"We love Citizen M! The rooms are small but laid out much better than most city hotels. The amenities, the tablets, the ironing area and the lower lobby all make it fun and enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean, beds are really comfy and the views are always a highlight. Self check in and check out, all through the app, are really easy but the staff is always there to help. If you like bathroom privacy take turns, it's basically part of the room with a partition. Location is excellent, easy to public transport, and walking to East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO and West Village if you don't mind a few miles. "
"I discovered this sweet small retreat in May of this year. This is my 3rd stay here. It is very comfortable. Close to public transportation and very quiet. There is a Whole Foods store 2 blocks north! A New York Deli 2 1/2 blocks west. And awesome Chinese Food 2 blocks south! It is the perfect place to stay when you’re traveling alone. It would not work if you were traveling with a close friend or love interest! Perhaps, the owner could make a section of this facility for lovers????

"Great hotel. Great service. Room was gorgeous. Loved the pool and our balcony. Jimmy was so helpful, from our bags to buckets of ice to helping with our stay.
Pool was sweet. Maybe water the plants or replace the dead ones. Also, pool area didnt seem clean next morning.
Room was large and luxurious. Wet room with bath & shower. Wow - could have spent the whole stay in there!!
Elevators were a bit moody, but overall a beautiful stay."
"Absolutely loved my stay here! It was in walking distance to everything on my itinerary and getting ride share service was so easy. The parking was on the same block as the hotel which was a plus. The staff was so friendly and nice. Also the convenience store in the lobby was lovely as well. I will definitely be staying again! "
