"The staff were really friendly! I booked a spa treatment and the receptionist Faye was really welcoming and was really supportive and helpful when it came to booking a procedure."
"I cannot rate this hotel more highly. The staff went above and beyond to get me into my room early at no extra fee, and even upgraded me. The room was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the bed was so comfy that I almost couldn’t get out of it. The mini bar was stocked with lovely treats and the bar made me the best margarita I’ve had in years. I cannot wait to come back, thanks so much for having me! "
"Exactly what a 3-star hotel should be. It was clean and modern, had very friendly and helpful staff, offered a competitive price, and was in a great area, without offering additional amenities that you’d expect from a 4 or 5-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, with many tourist attractions easily within walking distance, as well as various transit options close by. There are many dining and shopping options in the vicinity. The area felt very safe, even when walking at night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
A few things to note prior to booking are that the queen size room was on the smaller side, so if you require a lot of space this may not be the best option for you. Additionally, the TV wouldn’t connect to the hotel wifi, so I had to use my hotspot to access streaming options. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, and central place to stay. "
