"Very friendly staff Very clean We stayed overnight to make a busy weekend in London,Perfect for the price. Close to Ilford station so the use of the Elizabethan line came in handy. Gants Hill station for the Central line. is a bus ride away . Overall cant fault the Hotel."

Leaving food cold. Perhaps consider cooking less, but more often, so food is not sat as long"
