"We had a small fan in the room and with the current heat it was pretty useless at night but other than that really lovely place to stay and the staff were really friendly and accommodating "

Tobi, the proprietor, was there to welcome us, cooked us breakfast in the house's kitchen, and gave us great recommendations. "The cottage had everything we needed for the week; beds were very comfortable, a lovely courtyard garden which was a sun trap. It’s also close to all the amenities in Lymington (in walking distance). Richard was an excellent host; gave us concise information on the cottage, local area, dining out options and offered personal help when I experienced a problem with my car on the day of arrival. We would definitely book this cottage again. "
