Lovely weekend stay

Had a lovely 2 night stay. The attention to detail was great and it was clear that Fraser and the team really aim to make the guests feel as important as they can. Excellent breakfast too!

Fantastic bed and breakfast!

Great position for exploring Lymington and new forest. Extremely well run, clean and comfortable . Flexible with time of arriving and breakfast options and not expensive for what you get.!

Great location and lovely accommodation

Comfortable clean room with great bed and lots of complimentary toiletries. Fully stocked tray with teas, coffees and biscuits replenished each day. Service was amazing and so helpful. Great secure parking and proximity to Lymington town which had great shops, bars and restaurants. The Saturday market was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back for another visit.

Fantastic Highview coach house

We received a lovely greeting - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and very nice on suite. They provided everything & more what needed, kettle, selection of teas, coffe, sugar, biscuits and a daily chocolate each. We would highly recommend

Andreanwas a great hist, met us on arrival and very thourough with everything The rooms and en-suite were immaculate in their cleanliness and style. Breakfast was left to us but everything we needed was there. Very professional host who could not have done more for our stay.

a lovely place to stay. so clean. Had everything we wanted in our room. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Location was really good. Near the top of the high street but in a quiet road. I have nothing negative to say about this guest house.

Beautiful room

Comfy, safe and clean room with excellent tea tray snacks and bathroom accessories. Only mention if light sleeper to bring ear plugs, walls a bit thin and plumbing heard from other rooms.
