8.4/10 Very good! (3,124 reviews)
The most extraordinary part of our stay was the exceptional kindness of the staff. We arrived in the morning straight from a cruise with one of recovering from flu. The staff did heroics to get a room ready hours before check in and meanwhile brought us a hot beverage. Some of the other reviews might pick out one or another shortcoming. In our mind kindness outweighs say everything else. Thank you. Also it’s really a lovely hotel.
