Perfect

Great property for kids lots to do. Exquisite surrounding to compliment the sevice and food. genuinly helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Great for a family or couple.

Just excellent all round. Amazing staff. Beautiful rooms. Great little touches everywhere.

My wife loves Sound of Music so this was a treat for her; we have visited before but not stayed. The hotel was scheduled as part of our coach tour which was cancelled due to lack of numbers so we decided to do similar by car. The staff are good and the room was excellent, if expensive. Most activities are add-ons and you PAY! Breakfast is not included either. The room and facilities are top class as is the food - both dinner and breakfast.

Great location. Quick drive to the town centre. Convenient for the fall colours activities

Great breakfast. Affordable and comfortable.

Spacious rooms, convenient common room and games room, easy access to free public transport

Valerie the host was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and great recommendation for dinner. Loved every aspect of our stay.

Room was clean, cosy and had everything we need! There was an electric cooktop as well as pots and pans for some home cooked meals! Loved our stay.

The room we had was on the top floor overlooking the pool - so spacious and cosy with a fireplace. The breakfast was a surprise of quality baked pastries, fruit and something different each day such as overnight oats. Something for everyone. Only comment would be better cleaning of the outdoor balcony as couch was full...

We had a wonderful few days at the Brass Lantern. Mary Anne is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need and every day George cooks a fabulous 3 course breakfast. Stowe is a gorgeous village and the inn is perfectly placed to explore Vermont.

We stayed in room 160 which I think was an accessible room, ground floor (as were most), with easy access to the hot tub (which was super lovely - get there right on turning dusk and watch the sky turn blue to midnight to black). The room was great, super comfy king size bed. Breakfast was a buffet laid out that served fruit, granola, yoghurt, lots of breads (not GF), and avocado/tomatoes/cucumbers/fetta/gherkin that you build for yourself. There was a communal chill out area which looked great...
